I WANT AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU RESTOCK IT?

Some of our jewellery flies but unfortunately we don't have exact restocking dates for all items. You can subscribe to the product and be the first to know when your favourite item is back in stock ;)

WHAT MATERIAL IS BYSDMJEWELS MADE OF?
Most of our pieces are 925 sterling silver and 18 carat gold plated for the golded finishes. We also have a simple metal and stainless steel collection. You will always find this information specified on the item's data sheet. Oh, and they are all nickel-free!

IS ALL JEWELLERY GUARANTEED?
Of course! All items you purchase from BYSDMJEWELS are guaranteed for 60 days from receipt.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express or via PayPal.

HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Before you reach the last step of your purchase, you will find a space where you can enter your voucher. Only one coupon is allowed per order. If the item already has an offer applied to it, you will not be able to apply another discount.

I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT OR RESET MY PASSWORD!
Send us a message and our excellent Customer Service team will help you to restore it.

CAN I BUY A SINGLE UNIT OF AN EARRING?
Of course! In all items where you have the option to choose between "Single" or "Pair"; on the other hand, if there is no option or it is not indicated in the description, it means that the pair comes as a pair. The ear cuffs are also sold individually.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
NO, but we are working to have a physical store as well.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
Gold pieces are, by default, more delicate and can lose their gold colour over time. The bath may fade for various reasons: chemicals used for skin care, the level of perspiration or the natural pH of the skin. We recommend not to wear them under water and to avoid perfumes and creams touching the jewellery directly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE PACKAGE?
The customer has 14 calendar days after receipt of the package to inform our customer service team about the incident related to the package. After this period, BYSDMJEWELS cannot be held responsible for the problem in question.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
If there are no setbacks, orders leave our offices within 24 working hours of being placed.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes, which in any case are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped :) Write us a message to notify us so we can update or cancel your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Aslong as your order is not marked as "Shipped" you can change the address by sending a message to our Customer Service.

 RETURNS 

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you would like to make a return, please contact us via mail bysdmjewels@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery or ship directly to the address listed below, and ship your items back within 30 days of delivery.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. All buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. LEAVE A NOTE IN THE ENVELOPE WITH ORDER NUMBER, REASONS OF RETURN.

REFUND


We will issue the refund of the value of your order (shipping charges are non-refundable), once we will receive the UNWORN item and see it is in its original condition and packaging. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout. The refund amount will be available on your card within 14 days of receiving the return.
